Job summary

READY Construction, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support project managers in delivering construction projects on time and within budget. You will assist in planning, coordinating tasks, and communicating with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

The role emphasizes organization, timely reporting, risk identification, and documentation. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years’ experience, with PMP and Agile familiarity preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in project management or a related role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

Assist in the planning and execution of project tasks and deliverables.
Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources, providing regular updates to the project manager.
Identify potential risks and issues, and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
Prepare project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and presentations.
