Key responsibilities/skills include:

• Move costs for that were miscoded in the project accounting system.
• Open new cost codes and maintain various databases with cost codes.
• Run transaction detail reports upon request.
• Run a variety of project reports from accounting/reporting software on a monthly basis.
• Review shopping carts with proposed purchases to verify cost coding and budget.
• Organize and maintain supporting documentation for changes to the monthly forecast (change reports) run weekly labor unit cost reports using heavy job and MS Access databases.
• Support project staff in maintaining change management databases.
• Support project staff in organizing monthly forecast meetings with different discipline managers
