WSP is seeking a Project Controls Team Leader to join our Earth & Environment TX & Louisiana Regional Team. This hybrid leadership role combines operational leadership, people management, and project delivery to drive regional performance and growth.
You will lead a team of project controls professionals across the Texas and Louisiana region, overseeing budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, and governance while engaging in project execution and client service delivery.
WSP is seeking a Project Controls Team Leader to join our growing Earth & Environment (E&E) Texas & Louisiana (TXLA) Regional Team. As a key member of the Regional Leadership Team, the Project Controls Team Leader will play a critical role in advancing regional strategic objectives and achieving annual business plan goals and performance targets. This position combines operational leadership, people management, and project delivery responsibilities, providing an opportunity to influence both regional performance and project success. As the Project Controls Team Leader, you will provide strategic, operational, and technical leadership to ensure successful project delivery and financial performance across the Texas and Louisiana region. You will partner closely with Project Managers, technical leaders, and regional leadership to drive project excellence, operational efficiency, and business growth.
