Job summary

UDR Consulting, INC in Wallingford, CT seeks a Staff Project Controls Specialist to lead project controls with the PM team, ensuring deliverables stay on budget and on schedule.

The role includes setting up projects in the Enterprise Planning & Controls system, creating a WBS, and developing scheduling and cost reports to manage cash flows for multiple projects. Strong communication and Primavera P6 experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or related field, and 3 years of direct project controls experience required.
• Experience with Oracle Primavera P6 preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• OSHA 10-hour safety certification, ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project controls processes with the internal project management team to execute project deliverables within budget and schedule.
• Ensure project set-up in the Enterprise Planning & Controls software.
• Analyze data, review logs, and run reports in the software or other tools.
• Create Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
• Develop, implement, and maintain scheduling reports, cost reports, cash flows and forecasts for multiple projects.
• Follow project execution plans.
• Responsible for planning, scheduling, logistics and cost control.
• Input and document changes to cost reports or forecasts.
• Interfaces with PM Team and Accounting to review project costs and support audits.
• Develop and present cash flow report and various levels of schedules.
• Monitor resource loading of a schedule and support IPPM.
