Michels Power, Inc. is hiring a Project Controls Specialist to support budgeting, scheduling, and coordination for field projects. You will work closely with operations to ensure timely, cost-effective project performance.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, accuracy, and the ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic field environment. Fort Collins, CO-based, full-time on-site position.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• General knowledge of accounting and business operations.
• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
• Proven ability to use data to drive process improvement.

As a Project Controls Specialist, you willwork with Operations to ensure efficient and effective budgeting, scheduling, and project coordination processes. Critical for success are problem- solving and organization. The abilities to work independently and consistently meet deadlines are a must.

What it takes:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting; 0-3 years of related experience, or equivalent combination
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially excel

• A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record
