The role demands expert Primavera P6 and Cobra skills, EVMS experience, and effective communication with stakeholders.

The position requires onsite work on a full-time schedule (~40 hours/week, 4/10). A Bachelor's degree with 15 years' relevant experience (or a Master's with 10 years) is required,

Qualifications

• Expert-level Primavera P6 schedule development and analysis.
• Advanced project controls with cost analysis and DOE Order 413.3B alignment.
• Experience in EVMS, baseline development, variance analysis, and cost estimating.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Earned Value data for Carlsbad Field Office participants.
• Develop and maintain the Federal Site Life Cycle Estimate.
• Backup Primavera Administrator and maintain P6 functionality.
• Support cost, schedule, and performance data analysis for multiple labs.
• Prepare change control documentation and brief leadership.
