You will apply advanced Primavera P6 and Cobra cost management to monitor cost, schedule, and performance, prepare analyses, and present recommendations to leadership to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery under DOE Order 413.3B.

Qualifikationen

• Expert-level Primavera P6 schedule development and analysis.
• Advanced project controls experience with cost analysis and estimating.
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management, variance analysis, and baseline reporting.
• Experience with risk management, configuration and change control.

Aufgaben

• Oversee, maintain, and report Earned Value data for Carlsbad Field Office.
• Assist with development and maintenance of the Federal Site Life Cycle Estimate.
• Serve as local Primavera Administrator and maintain critical P6 functions.
• Use Primavera P6 and Cobra to support cost, schedule, and performance reporting.
• Prepare analyses and recommendations for leadership to keep programs on schedule and budget.
• Document management interfaces and develop standard project controls reports.
