The role requires a four-year degree with extensive related experience, strong communication across stakeholders, and ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent with six years of related experience; ten years if non-degreed.
• Ability to communicate with management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors.
• Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job.
• Ability to learn/apply knowledge of applicable statutes/guidelines.
• Attention to detail and time-conscious work.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the Work Breakdown and Project Coding Structures for control and integrity of work as defined by the contract.
• Accumulate and compile cost management data to prepare the project budget and update progress.
• Develop cost control and scheduling procedures, execution plan, and business plan for a project.
• Participate in weekly project cost reviews/schedule meetings.
• Develop and implement a basic change management system for engineering and construction.
• Develop and maintain Management, Project and Control level schedules.
• Other duties as assigned.
