Description

Team Fishel, the Best Choice in utility construction since 1936, is hiring Project Controls Specialists at our Groveland, FL (Orlando area) office. Project Controls Specialists are a critical part of our Project Management Team and are responsible for completing project control requirements such as estimating, scheduling, change documentation, and cost control.

Responsibilities:

1. Track and manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and cost.
2. Gain approval for and process change orders.
3. Gather, verify, and analyze data.
4. Generate project control reports.
5. Track and maintain project schedules, cost estimates, cash flow reports, and change control documents.
6. Assist with project cost estimates.
7. Maintain effective relationships with the project management team and customers.

Requirements:

1. Experience in project management, finance, or business required.
2. Experience with project management and scheduling software.
3. Experience with cost forecasting and analysis.
4. Advanced MS Excel skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
