STV Incorporated in Washington, DC is seeking a Project Controls Engineer to support the WMATA JDAC Adjacent Construction program. You will manage project financials, labor reporting, and cost control under the direction of the Project Manager.
You will input data in Procore, prepare expenditure reports, and coordinate with WMATA Accounting to ensure accurate budgeting. A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management and 5+ years of project controls experience are required.

Description We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Controls Engineer as part of our Transportation South division, to perform project controls duties under a staff augmentation task order contract with the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) Joint Development Adjacent Construction (JDAC) team. The position will be responsible for providing administrative, financial, and technical support activities for various projects throughout the WMATA system. The Project Controls Engineer will also perform varied administrative office functions, maintain project records, contract documentation, and financial reports, as well as monitor labor expenditures and assist with cost control efforts. The Project Controls Engineer will work under the direction of the Project Manager(s).

Compensation Range: $82,862.07 - $94,699.51
