The ideal candidate will lead and manage the full suite of project controls functions, including scheduling, cost control, risk and change management, forecasting, and reporting. This role partners closely with Project Managers to ensure that performance data is accurate, timely, and actionable, while supervising a team of project control specialists and analysts.**Responsibilities:*** Lead project budgeting, cost baseline development, and approval processes.* Generate periodic cost forecasts and develop trend analyses to support proactive decision-making.* Prepare comprehensive project and program performance reports, dashboards, and trend analyses.* Communicate deviations, forecasts, risks, and recommended actions effectively to senior management and program leadership.* Ensure consistency and accuracy of all project controls data, reports, and documentation.* Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of project controls staff, including schedulers, cost analysts, and document control specialists.* Collaborate with Project Managers, Contracts Administration, and Finance teams to ensure alignment and data integrity.* Champion best practices, continuous improvement, lessons learned, and knowledge sharing within the project controls discipline.* Support standardization of tools, templates, and procedures to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy across the GEC program.**Requirements:*** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Finance, or related field.
