Parsons is seeking a talented Project Controls Scheduler to join our dedicated team working on impactful projects within the Navajo Nation across Arizona, New Mexico, and Utah. Work location will be at our client's office, and various job sites within the Navajo Nation are required.

What You'll Do:

- Lead and resolve complex project control challenges with your expertise.

- Analyze and forecast project status, ensuring alignment with established schedules.

- Assess and manage the impact of design changes and schedule adjustments.

- Communicate schedule status to project teams and clients, ensuring transparency and clarity.

- Develop and maintain critical path logic networks and bar charts.

- Customize project control systems to meet unique project needs.

- Gather and utilize historical data for future planning and forecasting.

- Mentor and supervise junior Project Control Specialists, fostering their growth and development.

- Collaborate with senior staff on staffing and project requirements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

- 5+ years of relevant work experience.

- Basic engineering knowledge in electrical, mechanical, civil, or related fields.

- Proficiency in Project Controls software(Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary Range: $72,900.00 - $127,600.00
