An exclusive assignment on-site at a client's facility in Detroit, Michigan. The role involves leading all aspects of scheduling and schedule control for a large construction project, developing, reviewing, maintaining, and analyzing detailed project schedules, evaluating schedule impacts, supporting recovery planning, and providing schedule reporting to project leadership. You will routinely walk the project site to validate progress and ensure schedule accuracy. The project schedule will be highly detailed and likely cost- and resource-loaded.
This is an on‑site position. We are seeking candidates who are local to the Detroit, Michigan area.
Physical: Standing or sitting for long periods; must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times and spend extended hours in front of a computer screen.
Cognitive: Problem‑solving, written, and verbal communication skills; computer and software skills; and ability to read and interpret text online or in printed form.
