Base pay range

$60.00/hr - $75.00/hr

Qualifications

We are seeking candidates with 4-5+ years of Project Scheduling experience utilizing Primavera P6. Nuclear or Electrical experience a plus. Needs to be highly efficient in Excel, proficient with PowerBi and proficient with reading and manipulating data within P6.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, create, and assist with scheduling
• Utilize critical path method and P6 to execute schedules
• Pair up with PMs to handle all scheduling activities
• Communicate daily with key stakeholders via phone, email, job specific software and Microsoft based functions
• Collaborate with project teams to provide input into monthly projections to include forecast
• Tracking project commitments as they are incurred
• Assisting with the updating of actual costs and ensuring correct account distribution
• Work with cost analyst to ensure that the project cash flow reflects the most current schedule information
• Assisting and issuing project cost reports and consulting with PMs for variance explanations
