Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related field.
• Three or more years of related experience in schedule management on capital projects.
• Direct experience in a complex, matrixed environment.
• Experience with cost and schedule management software.
• Experience in construction, life sciences, data centers, or industrial sectors.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Project Controls Planner, Project & Development Services

Job Description Summary Performs independent cost and/or schedule management tasks for projects of moderate complexity. Supports senior staff and clients through analysis, reporting, and execution of defined project controls deliverables.

Essential Job Duties

• Develop and maintain schedules
• Track actuals, commitments, and forecast data
• Assist with accruals and reporting cycles
• Identify variances and support risk and trend analysis
• Interface with project team members to gather inputs
• Status, forecast, and analyze project schedules
• Maintain organized project controls documentation

Education/Experience/Training

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related field.
• Three or more years of related experience in working as a schedule management SME on capital projects, including design, construction and testing phases.
• Direct experience working on teams within a complex, matrixed environment.
• Expertise using cost and schedule management software.
• Experience within one or more of the following industries required: construction, life sciences, data centers, industrial or related technical field.
• Must possess effective communication skills - both oral and written.

The compensation for the position is: $ 106,250.00 - $125,000.00
