We are looking for a Project Controls Manager in the Conshohocken, PA area to join our Project Controls Team to provide cost and scheduling support on our Bio/Pharma projects. Project will transition to the field, travel required, per diem available under specific conditions.

As a key member of our Project Controls Team, you will perform overall project and program cost and schedule controls as well as forecasting, change management, cost management, project budget analysis, project earn value measurement tracking, risk management, proposals, cashflow, schedule monitoring and reporting tools. You will provide the day to day support, planning and management of our cost and scheduling project team comprised of 3 -6 staff members ranging from junior to senior roles on a specific project or program. You will manage the overall program cost controls and schedule reporting function by providing client management, updates, and presentations at all levels of management.

Here's what you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Construction Management preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience in lieu of degree

• At least 12 years of project cost controls and scheduling experience (preferably Bio/Pharma EPCMV Project environment)

• Experience with Primavera P6, Schedule Analysis/Acumen Fuse

• Experience in cost engineering functions, including cost estimating, cost control, change management, risk management, cost analysis, variance analysis, earn value, cashflow

• Experience working on various projects to include coordinating and executing project issues

• Specific experience in CPM Scheduling with Primavera P6, cost engineering functions, including cost control, change management and cost projection analysis

• Experience in project controls, commercial operations, with emphasis on project controls and financial issues

• Interaction with engineering and construction personnel to understand and communicate issues and conflicts that impact the schedule

• Develops and evaluates major program cost estimates and extended budget projections to identify and quantify critical budgetary, cost, schedule, technical, and programmatic risk factors

Please note: This position is a hybrid position and will require for you to be in the office at least 3 days a week in Conshohocken, PA

Ideally, here’s what you’ll also have:

• Skills with Excel Macro level, Databases (MS Access), Power BI and dashboard development

• Working knowledge of Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC)

• Advanced Excel, MS Access and/or Power BI skills

• Good organizational, communication and leadership skills

• EPCMV project life cycle experience (home office & field construction)

The base salary range for this position is $129,400.00 to $215,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
