The Project Controls Manager will oversee financial reporting, forecasting, change management, scheduling, document control, and project administration.

Required Qualifications:

• Over 5 years of experience in heavy construction, including client coordination, finance, scheduling, cost control, contract administration, and resolving construction/engineering issues.
• Proficiency in Primavera software.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
