We are looking for an experienced Project Controls Manager with a strong background in cost, budget management, and project scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Performs complex cost, budgetary, and statistical analysis.
• Build and monitor project budgets, track actual costs against forecasts, and manage cash flow.
• Develop integrated project baselines and use scheduling tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project to track milestones.
• Review monthly updated schedules from contractors and provide input to the project team.
• Review any potential delays on projects and look for workarounds.
• Spot potential budget or timeline delays early and process formal change orders.
• Deliver performance dashboards, variance analyses, and executive summaries to stakeholders.
• Manage, mentor, and train junior cost controllers, planners, and schedulers.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in project controls
• Master’s degree in a related field is desirable
• Four year college degree in Business, Publc Administration, or other related field is preferred
• Experience performing budgetary, administrative, operational systems support and facility planning work
• Knowledge of theories, principles, and practices of public administration, management, organization, budgeting and financial administration, personnel administration, grants administration, and cost accounting

Salary Range

The salary range for this position is $202,000 - $232,000. The salary offered will be based on the applicant’s qualifications, education, experience and work location.
