The cost team delivers solutions to clients in the areas of conceptual estimating, budget development, cost planning, feasibility studies, value management, economic forecasting, milestone reports, pre- and post-contract auditing, change order review and reconciliation, BIM 5D cost modeling, LEED cost analysis, life cycle costing, and more. We are currently hiring for a Project Controls Manager in Raleigh, NC. In this role, you will have the opportunity to grow your project controls and cost knowledge within all phases of a project, while gaining experience on a variety of projects. The Project Controls Manager enables the success of projects by using their technical knowledge of the Project Controls Service to empower project teams. They provide timely knowledge, and information to enable proactive decision making and risk management. Their objective is to ensure the project remains on a path to achieve desired schedule and budget outcomes. They proactively engage with the project team to forecasted deviations and develop mitigations. The Project Controls Manager is as a subject matter expert in at least ones of the core project control services (For Example: Cost Control, Scheduling, Risk Management). They obtain guidance from other technical experts on areas where they are still gaining knowledge and experience.

The salary range for this full-time role is $97,400.00-$129,866.68 per year. Ranges are determined based on the position, geography, client and industry experience and level, and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range reflects base salary only, and not the total compensation package. Cumming Group reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on a candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications, including client requirements.
