Responsible for implementing, training, and auditing all project controls functions on large construction projects. This position works in close partnership with the Project Management and Regional Operations teams to ensure that the project is delivered on time and on budget. The primary responsibility is to support the Project Manager regarding all client-facing and internal reporting. Project Controls activities include project kickoff, project tracking, productivity monitoring, update P6 man loaded, and cost loaded schedule, contract management, change order control, project billing, project forecasting, and project closeout.
