Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field with 5+ years of experience.
• DOE or government setting experience.
• Proficient in project controls, scheduling, estimating, EVMS.
• Primavera P6 scheduling expertise.
• EVMS cost processing systems experience (e.g., Cobra) and interfaces with GL systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversees project controls for Environmental Remediation projects: planning, scheduling, cost estimating, EVMS.
• Provide guidance, analysis, and reporting to ensure projects are compliant with DOE and contractual requirements.
• Support CAMs, PMs, and field staff through data analysis, reporting, and ETC development.
• Develop baseline change proposals and contract change order estimates.
• Maintain IMS and integrated master schedules, with baseline/configuration management logs.
• Prepare and present project controls reports on cost and schedule performance to senior management.
