Primoris Energy Services is seeking a Project Controls II Cost Specialist in Texas to support project teams with cost management and analysis. You will develop budgets, forecast costs, perform variance analysis, and prepare regular cost reports to stakeholders and management.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project cost control experience in construction/energy.
• Strong knowledge of project lifecycle and construction execution.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Primavera P6).
• Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication across all levels.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team.
• GAAP knowledge is a plus.
