Candidates should have an Associate degree in Electrical Engineering Technology and 2–5 years of relevant experience. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, along with familiarity in PLCs, HMIs, and VFDs.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a relevant field is required; Bachelor's preferred.
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience with industrial controls or electrical systems.
• Experience with PLCs and industrial/process automation is essential.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical documentation required.
• Familiarity with electrical codes and communication protocols is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills are necessary.
• Valid driver's license; ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform machine function testing for control panel components and wiring.
• Develop and optimize PLC, HMI, and VFD programming.
• Integrate control system hardware and software into equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical circuits and control systems during checks.
• Provide remote technical support for electrical issues.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schematics.
• Update electrical drawings using CAD software.
