The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field, as well as strong communication and team collaboration skills. The role involves analyzing subcontractor changes and ensuring compliance with owner requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and respond to potential changes received from subcontractors.
• Analyze data to provide methods of issue resolution.
• Communicate with subcontractors to ensure timely responses.
• Understand and comply with owner requirements.
• Review, update, and ensure accuracy of MEP manifest billing.
• Gain exposure to subcontractor cashflows and owner billing processes.
• Be mindful of company and project risk when addressing issues.
• Approach conflict with logic and maintain professionalism.
