Job summary

Bowen is seeking a Project Controls Engineer to support Bid Managers, Project Managers and Superintendents with planning, scheduling, monitoring, BIM and VDC for major design/build and construction management projects. The role emphasizes CPM scheduling, coordination across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning, and drone data processing.

Ideal candidates hold a four-year degree in Construction Eng/Tech or Civil Eng, with at least three years in Construction, Engineering,

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Construction Engineering & Technology or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of three years in Construction, Engineering, VDC or Project Controls.
• Ability to stand/walk and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Prepare CPM project schedules for procurement and pre construction.
• Update, analyze impacts, and communicate schedules to teams.
• Coordinate subcontractor schedules with the master schedule.
• Manage drone operations, flight plans, permits and data processing.
• Develop BIM models and review for project needs.
