Job Description

This role is responsible for providing project controls support to program and project leadership in planning and scheduling, cost, estimating, and change management/trends across various programs/projects. It involves documenting and monitoring project plans, measuring performance, and reporting key data metrics to leadership.

Job Profile Tasks/Responsibilities

• Provide project controls support to project teams.
• Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules with accurate timelines and resource allocation.
• Support leadership in collecting progress updates and updating schedules accordingly.
• Monitor project budgets, expenses, and financial forecasts.
• Prepare cost reports and conduct financial analyses.
• Identify project risks and support mitigation strategies.
• Maintain risk registers and ensure updates are timely.
• Create and distribute project status reports and dashboards.
• Develop project metrics and KPIs.
• Maintain professional conduct in all communications.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Understanding of engineering documents and deriving quantities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• For Level II: 3+ years’ experience in engineering or project management.
• For Level III: 5+ years’ experience.
• Experience with planning, scheduling, cost management, estimating, or change management.
• Experience with project management software and advanced estimating tools.
• Knowledge of construction and project disciplines.
• For Level IV: 10+ years’ experience.

Work Site Expectations:

On-Site

Hours:

8:00am-5:00pm, Mon-Fri

Compensation

Expected range: $121,500 - $204,125, based on experience and level.

Position Classification:

Full time - Exempt
