Job summary

ENTRUST Solutions Group in CT/MA is seeking a Project Controls Cost Analyst to assist in planning, monitoring, and managing projects to meet timeline and budget targets. You will collect data, prepare reports, and provide insights to help clients make informed decisions.

You will work with senior analysts and consultants in a hybrid role across Connecticut and Massachusetts, focusing on energy and infrastructure projects and improving project controls practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business, Engineering, or Project Management.
• 2–5+ years of project controls/analyst experience.
• Experience in electric utilities preferred.
• Detail oriented; accuracy matters.
• Resilient and self-motivated; proactive performance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting project data, including budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Analyze project data to identify trends, variances, and risks.
• Create and maintain project control databases and tracking systems.
• Prepare regular project status reports for clients and internal stakeholders.

• Prepare regular project status reports for clients and internal stakeholders
• Summarize project performance metrics and highlight areas requiring attention

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Business, Engineering, or Project Management
• 2 - 5+ years of applicable project controls/analyst experience
• Prefer experience in electric utilities

Benefits & Salary:

• This position pays between $90,000 and $115,000 annually and is an exempt position.
• Benefits offered include company sponsored medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plan with company match. Also offered are tuition reimbursement, voluntary life, disability, critical illness, accident and hospitalization plans. HSA or FSA medical accounts and FSA dependent care and transportation/parking accounts are also available. These benefits are subject to employee contribution amounts generally set annually.
• Full time employees are eligible to earn PTO hours.
• May be eligible for discretionary bonus as determined by the company.
