Responsibilities

• Establish project specific budgets and work break down structure (WBS).
• Develop the projects controls database using proprietary software.
• Establish and assign activity codes to work elements and track project cost.
• Create a comprehensive, properly linked CPM schedule.
• Coordinate with Project Manager to maintain positive cash flow.
• Implement and maintain Change Management Procedure.
• Track and maintain historical data.
• Perform database downloads into project controls program.
• Build, maintain and update project progress curves.
• Estimating.
• Project documentation.
• Generate and submit extra work orders and change orders.
• Provide technical support to field employees.
