Job summary

Hill International in Philadelphia, PA seeks a Project Controls Coordinator to manage the client's e-Builder system on-site five days a week. You will create/set up new projects, users, workflows, and processes, respond to ad hoc requests, and train users while coordinating invoice processing and account settings.

• Strong e-Builder or similar PMIS System skills, administrator-level experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2+ years of construction/project management experience preferred
• Strong critical thinking and creativity skills along with the ability to exercise sound judgement by making decisions based on accurate and timely analysis
• Demonstrated organizational skills
• Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills, highly responsive with the ability to prioritize end user needs in the best interest of the client/department
