Spire Consulting Group LLC is a leading construction consulting firm delivering project controls services across the AEC industry. We seek a Consultant to support proactive engagements in scheduling, cost management, and risk analysis.

The role emphasizes CPM scheduling, earned value management, and deriving value for clients. The Consultant will develop schedules, review baselines, analyze costs, and monitor risk throughout project lifecycles, contributing to client engagements and internal

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline preferred; equivalent relevant experience will also be considered.
3–5 years of experience in project controls, scheduling, cost estimating, engineering, or construction preferred.
Familiarity with CPM scheduling, earned value management, and cost estimating is a plus.
Professional certifications such as PSP, CCP, PMP, PE, or CCE are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Develop CPM schedules and review baseline schedules for comprehensiveness, quality, constructability, and risk.
Develop and implement cost administration and reporting systems, including estimates, budgets, schedules, manhour, cost, and earned value reports.
Perform schedule risk analyses and evaluations; ensure QA/QC and adherence to procedures.
Prioritize and manage multiple engagements while meeting goals and deadlines; develop SOPs and templates.
Develop construction and project controls training programs and contribute to professional development.
