Responsibilities

• Assist with project controls and reporting, including change management.
• Input data, maintain logs, and run reports in scheduling software.
• Assist with creating Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
• Develop, implement, and maintain scheduling and cost reports, cash flows and forecasts.
• Follow project execution plans and approve Purchase Orders/Subcontracts for proper coding.
• Update cost reports and progress measurements, and assist with cash flow development.
• Assist with change orders and scheduling progress updates.
• Assist in earned value management and progress curves.
