Project Controls Analyst - Pharmaceuticals Manufacturing

Turner & Townsend is seeking an ambitious Project Controls Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is an experienced construction professional with expertise in analyzing cost and schedule in large construction projects or programs.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing preconstruction support during project approval, including historical cost data and assisting in the development of annual contractor purchase orders.
• Managing internal project budgets and schedules within project management software for monthly financial reporting across multiple projects.
• Overseeing external project budgets and communications, including commitment and change management, document control, etc.
• Managing monthly forecasts, cash flows, and developing executive reports on variances.
• Reviewing vendor invoices and coordinating with accounts payable.
• Ensuring accurate accrual reporting and communication with vendors and finance teams.
• Facilitating change order processes and obtaining executive approvals.
• Reviewing project financial health monthly using dashboards and reports.
• Updating risk registers and evaluating contingencies.
• Closing out project finances, including budgets and POs.
• Collaborating with site schedulers to align financial forecasts with schedule updates.
• Adhering to SOX control responsibilities where applicable.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication skills to convey financial and schedule information clearly.
• Experience with project management, cost control, and scheduling software.
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills.
