Within our growing Advanced Technology market, teams deliver large, fast‑paced projects that require disciplined planning, integrated project controls, and close partnership across construction, engineering, procurement, and business management. We are an operations‑focused organization committed to practical, data‑driven solutions that support strong project performance and informed decision‑making throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Track project costs, labor hours, schedule updates, installed quantities, and progress for direct hire and subcontracted work.
  • Maintain project controls systems and prepare weekly and monthly reports, dashboards, graphs, charts, and trend analysis for project and district leadership.
  • Analyze performance against baseline cost and schedule plans, identify variances and risks, and support corrective action planning.
  • Support schedule updates, critical path review, time impact analysis, change control, and evaluation of cost and schedule impacts from project changes.
  • Analyze productivity, track design quantities, and incorporate estimating changes into quantity, cost, and schedule reporting.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to gather information, support decision‑making, and maintain consistent project controls standards and reporting processes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, finance, business, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience will also be considered.

  • Experience with project controls systems and reporting tools, with preference for InEight or similar platforms, Primavera P6, Power BI, and advanced Excel.
  • Working knowledge of forecasting, earned value, cost and schedule reporting, progress measurement, and change tracking, with the ability to work effectively across project and office teams.
  • Advanced technology, industrial, or mission‑critical construction experience preferred; motivated, detail‑oriented, and effective in a fast‑paced environment, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook).
