Job summary

Doppelmayr USA, Inc. seeks a seasoned Project Controller based in Salt Lake City, UT to lead project finance for the Newark Airport Project. You will manage cost control, budgets, forecasting, invoicing, cash flow, contract administration, and reporting through the project lifecycle.

As the central financial contact, you will collaborate with project management, suppliers, customers, accounting, and subsidiaries to ensure accurate performance and timely decisions across multi-country teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• Equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience may be considered.
• Minimum of 5 years in project controlling, accounting, or finance for large-scale projects.
• Experience with international project teams and multinational organizations preferred.
• Experience with contract administration, budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary financial lead for project controlling, cost control, budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, cash flow, and reporting.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor project budgets and liquidity plans.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, variance analyses, and executive summaries.
• Coordinate with project management, suppliers, customers, accounting, and subsidiaries.
• Identify risks, variances, and implement corrective actions; support audits and reviews.
