Job summary

Randstad Digital is seeking a highly organized Project Control Specialist to manage schedules, risk registers, and governance for nationwide ADA assistive technology deployments in the Washington, D.C. area.

You will coordinate with leadership, project teams, and external vendors to ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence. Responsibilities include tracking financials, preparing executive reports, and driving process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Deployment experience on large-scale, multi-site, or nationwide technology deployments.
  • Strong skills in project coordination, financial/variance reporting, risk tracking, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience managing external vendor relationships and facilitating inter-team communication.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain project schedules, trackers, action logs, risk registers, and status reporting artifacts to oversee the nationwide deployment and installation of ADA assistive technology solutions.
  • Support program management activities, including financial tracking, accrual management, budget monitoring, resource utilization, and project forecasting.
  • Prepare weekly project status reports, executive summaries, variance reporting, and data analytics to evaluate project performance and recommend delivery improvements.
  • Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders, external vendors, and project teams; draft and distribute meeting summaries, action items, and project updates.
  • Monitor project milestones, identify dependencies, and proactively escalate risks and issues to ensure strict program governance.
  • Support ongoing process improvement initiatives and assist in developing project management best practices, documentation, and presentation materials.

Job description

Randstad is seeking a highly detailed and organized Project Control Specialist for a prominent client in the Washington, D.C. area. In this role, you will drive project delivery excellence across nationwide technology deployments by managing project controls, tracking financial metrics, and facilitating seamless cross-functional communication. Acting as a core liaison between leadership, project teams, and external vendors, you will oversee project schedules, risk registers, and operational governance to ensure complex ADA assistive technology installations remain on time, within budget, and fully aligned with organizational standards.

Location & Contract
  • Location: Washington, Washington, D.C.
  • Job Type: Contract
  • Salary: $45 - 52 per hour
  • Work Hours: 9am to 5pm
  • Education: Bachelors
Responsibilities
