Role Description The Project Control Specialist is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Columbus, Ohio, supporting building automation projects from planning through completion. This position is responsible for tracking project costs, preparing and updating budgets, and monitoring financial performance against forecasts. Daily tasks include analyzing project data, reviewing invoices and change orders, assisting with schedule and resource planning, and maintaining accurate cost and status reports for internal teams and clients. The Specialist collaborates closely with project managers, engineers, and accounting to ensure financial controls are in place and risks are identified early. The role also involves preparing regular progress summaries, supporting compliance with company standards, and contributing to continuous improvement of project control processes.
