Job description

Job Title: Project Control Officer
Location: Remote

Responsibilities

• Gathers health status from in-scope projects according to governance reporting cadences, and provides challenge on status health and commentary
• Conducts analysis of key themes, risks and issues across in-scope projects; and identifies and reports trends impacting project delivery
• Performs ‘deep dives’ on projects as required to analyze adherence to the bank’s delivery governance requirements
• Analyzes portfolio data and identifies trends as an input into future practice, reporting or process improvements.
• Monitors and coordinates information across many projects to create the integrated project schedule, track milestones and dependencies
• Supports program /portfolio risk, issue, action, and decision management

Job Requirements
Frequently Used Software Tools:
• MS Teams
• Office 365: MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• MS Project, Visio, and SharePoint
• Clarity PPM (Project & Portfolio Management) Tool
• Magellan, Tableau, Jira, Confluence, etc.

Must Haves:
The ability to develop good working relationships with stakeholders, core team members, and delivery leads on projects. Actively practices effective communication skills. Clearly shows that they are adding value to the project and the project team.
Nice to Have:
PMI.org – PMP or CAPM (will be verified thru the PMI Certification Registry)
