Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Control / Program Finance Analyst to support dynamic government programs within the intelligence community. This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph and experience supporting classified programs. The ideal candidate will provide financial oversight, project tracking, and analytical support to ensure successful program execution in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide program control and financial analysis support for complex government contracts (CPFF, T&M, FFP).
• Prepare and manage program budgets, forecasts, variance analyses, and financial reporting.
• Track and analyze project costs, labor hours, subcontractor expenses, and funding status.
• Work closely with program managers, contracts, and technical teams to support program planning, execution, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain EACs (Estimates at Completion) and support baseline development.
• Support internal and external audits, funding requests, and contract modifications.
• Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, and internal policies.
• Utilize financial systems such as Deltek Costpoint, Cobra, or similar tools.

Required Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance (no exceptions).
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project control, program finance, or government contract accounting.
• Experience working in a secure environment supporting classified government programs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial management tools (e.g., Deltek Costpoint, Cognos, Hyperion).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
