WSP USA is seeking a Project Contract Administrator to support energy infrastructure projects, focusing on contract compliance, documentation, and change management across pre-award, award and construction phases.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, legal studies or business management.
  • 5+ years of infrastructure capital project experience.
  • Experience in construction contract change management, claims analysis, and commercial negotiations.
  • Background in project controls, cost forecasting, schedule analysis, and risk management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to control and mitigate project costs and risk exposure.
  • Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven commitment to workplace safety and policies.

Responsibilities

  • Provide commercial and project controls oversight on complex infrastructure projects from start-up through execution, closeout, and dispute resolution.
  • Develop pricing for work products and manage risks and contingencies, including avoiding scope creep.
  • Proactive project and contract change and claims management and resolution.
  • Support setting up projects to align with client project control standards.
  • Develop SOW proposals with project team.
  • Support negotiations for prime task orders and amendments.
  • Interpret contracts to identify major requirements and flow‑downs.
  • Manage contract workflow to ensure efficient execution and close-out procedures.
  • Maintain audit files with contracts, changes, deviations, amendments, and deliverables.
  • Monitor earned value, cost tracking, schedule, cash flow, and change orders.
