Job summary

Aspen Contracting is seeking an experienced Project Consultant for the Atlanta market to drive roofing and exterior restoration sales. You will meet with homeowners, perform inspections, and build lasting relationships to close projects and grow a strong pipeline.

You’ll operate in a fast-paced, local setting with weekly pay, uncapped commissions, paid training, and benefits after introductory period. Train at our Atlanta office as required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous roofing or exterior restoration sales experience is required.
• Residential roofing sales experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience conducting inspections, managing opportunities, and maintaining a sales pipeline is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to travel locally throughout the Atlanta market.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and follow through with customers.
• Comfortable using a smartphone, tablet, and company technology.
• Ability to reliably commute to the Atlanta reporting office for required training, meetings, and business activities.

Hiring throughout the Atlanta, GA area, including surrounding communities.

Important: This position services the Atlanta market. While you will travel locally to customer appointments, all training, team meetings, and required office‑based business activities are based out of our Atlanta office. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to this office as required.

Position Snapshot

• Employment Type: Full-Time, W-2


• Compensation: $70,000–$200,000+ potential


• Pay Structure: Weekly pay plus uncapped commission


• Training: Paid training provided


• Schedule: Daytime and evening appointments, with occasional weekends based on customer availability


• Travel: Local travel throughout the Atlanta market


• Experience Required: Previous roofing or exterior restoration sales experience
