G. Fedale Roofing and Siding in Delaware is seeking a Project Consultant to deliver needs-based exterior remodeling consultations for homeowners.

You’ll diagnose exterior needs, guide repair and replacement options, and present solutions that emphasize craftsmanship, integrity, and value. With company-generated appointments and strong lead-support, you’ll focus on consultation, relationship-building, and closing sales while providing flexible, timely service.

Responsibilities

• Run pre-set customer appointments provided by the company.
• Perform thorough rooftop inspections when safe access is possible and attic inspections when feasible to evaluate ventilation and potential damage.
• Educate homeowners on roofing solutions, applicable insurance processes, and product options.
• Present detailed estimates and financing or payment options, negotiate solutions, and close sales.
• Complete required paperwork and documentation after a job is sold.
• Mark up inspection photos to help the production team plan projects accurately.
• Maintain communication with customers and internal teams throughout the job lifecycle.

As a Project Consultant, you will deliver high-quality, needs-based exterior remodeling solutions to homeowners. You will represent a trusted contractor, diagnose exterior needs, guide customers through repair and replacement options, and recommend solutions that combine craftsmanship, integrity, and value.

With company-generated, pre-set appointments and multiple customer meetings each day, you will have strong lead-generation support and the opportunity to focus on consultation, relationship building, and closing sales while meeting homeowners’ needs for flexibility and timeliness.

You will be part of a very collaborative, very agile team working collectively to fulfill our mission of saving our communities from unscrupulous contractors.
