Futron Incorporated in San Diego is seeking an experienced Project and Construction Management professional to support facility projects at Naval Medical Center San Diego. The role focuses on project execution, contractor coordination, scheduling, documentation, and performance.

You will monitor schedules, review plans and submittals, manage risks, and maintain records. A bachelor’s degree or eight years of direct construction/engineering experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management and construction management support for facility projects.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and contractor performance.
• Coordinate with Government personnel, contractors, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Review plans, specifications, submittals, RFIs, schedules, and other project documentation.
• Monitor construction progress and assist with project coordination.
• Identify project risks, deficiencies, delays, and other issues.
• Support project meetings and document action items and decisions.
• Assist with cost, schedule, and scope management.
• Maintain accurate project records and reports.
• Support project closeout activities.
• Assist with ensuring projects are completed in accordance with applicable contract requirements and Government standards.
