Job summary

You will verify that installation, pre-start checks, vendor start-up, balancing, and integrated operation meet approved design documents and Owner requirements, owning discipline evidence and reporting readiness and risk to the Project Commissioning Lead.

Job description

Plans, coordinates, witnesses and documents commissioning of mechanical and process-support systems assigned to the project. The role confirms that installation, pre-start checks, vendor start-up, balancing, functional performance and integrated operation satisfy approved design documents, sequences, specifications and Owner/Tenant requirements. It owns discipline evidence and issue follow-through while reporting readiness and risk to the Project Commissioning Lead.
