Project Co-ordinator - UK Property Maintenance | Remote Role | Managing 70M London Residential Portfolio

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our UK property management team as a Property Maintenance Coordinator. This critical role involves managing the maintenance operations for our prestigious 70 million residential portfolio in London.


About The Role


As our Property Maintenance Coordinator, you'll be at the center of our operations, ensuring that our properties are maintained to the highest standards. This fast-paced role requires someone who is eager to learn, adapt quickly, and deliver exceptional service to our tenants.


Key Responsibilities


  • Receive and assess maintenance queries from tenants
  • Prioritise issues based on urgency and impact
  • Troubleshoot property maintenance problems over the phone
  • Source and select qualified tradespeople for necessary repairs
  • Negotiate with builders to secure competitive quotes
  • Coordinate between tenants and contractors until job completion
  • Organise access for builders to complete assigned work
  • Confirm job completion with tenants and close maintenance tickets
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of maintenance processes

Preferred Experience

  • Strategy or management consulting
  • Project management/coordination
  • Facility management
  • Operations management
  • Property management (advantageous but not required)

Note: While UK property management experience is beneficial, we primarily seek candidates with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Technical knowledge can be developed through experience.


Experience with UK/International Clients


  • Experience dealing with UK clients is highly preferred
  • Experience with international clients is valuable
