CSI International, Inc. is seeking a dependable Project Cleaner for the PM shift at our TRENTON, NJ site.

You will perform a variety of specialized cleaning and floor care tasks, including carpet cleaning, floor refinishing, and other project-based services, working independently or with a team. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, is efficient, and commits to high-quality results while maintaining a professional environment.

Qualificações

• Carpet cleaning experience or heavy labor experience (construction/landscaping).
• Commercial Cleaning experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods.
• Work well in a team setting.
• Punctual and responsible.
• Strong work ethic and a desire to grow with our company.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. - We Use E-Verify

Responsabilidades

• Report to the assigned worksite each day and ensure all required equipment and supplies are prepared for the day's project work.
• Efficiently work throughout your shift performing floor/project tasks, including stripping, buffing, waxing, carpet cleaning, and more.
• Perform janitorial and custodial duties as needed, in addition to project-based assignments.
• Maximize the quality of service delivered to our customers.
• Present with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Collaborate with your team of project cleaners to meet service deadlines.
• Safely use supplies and equipment to clean windows, strip/buff/wax floors, clean carpets, construction cleanups, and other projects.
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

In this role, you will perform a variety of specialized cleaning and floor care tasks, including carpet cleaning, floor refinishing, and other project-based services. Project Cleaner Responsibilities:

• Report to the assigned worksite each day and ensure all required equipment and supplies are prepared for the day's project work.
• Efficiently working throughout your entire shift to do a variety of floor/project work, including stripping, buffing, waxing, carpet cleaning, and more.
• Perform janitorial and custodial duties as needed, in addition to project-based assignments.
• Maximize the quality of service delivered to our customers.
• Present with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Collaborate with your team of project cleaners to meet service deadlines.
• Properly and safely use supplies and equipment to clean windows, strip/buff/wax floors, clean carpets, construction clean ups, and other projects.
• Other duties, as assigned by the supervisor.

Project Cleaner Requirements:

• Carpet cleaning experience, stripping/buffing/waxing experience OR heavy labor experience (construction, landscaping, etc.).
• Commercial Cleaning experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods of time.
• Work well in a team setting.
