Job summary

BlueScope Buildings North America, Inc. is seeking a Project Clarifier to lead and clarify orders from start to finish, ensuring accuracy, safety and quality in a collaborative setting. You will prepare detailed project descriptions and coordinate with internal teams to optimize builder orders.

You will work with the Engineering team on the Vision model, provide technical expertise to customers, and help drive continuous improvement within a supportive, growth‑oriented culture.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in the metal building industry.
• Strong technical and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.

The Clarifier prepares detailed descriptions of projects and their requirements to allow efficient processing by the Engineering team. They focus on continuous improvement, cost reduction, quality, and safety. The Project Clarifier also focuses on supporting and engaging in a collaborative work environment with all internal associates.Clarify Builder orders for completeness, accuracy, and optimization which includes communicating with external customersWork with Engineering team to coordinate activities in Vision model throughout engineering processProvide technical expertise to customersWhat We're Looking For:We value problem-solvers with strong technical and communication skills who thrive in a collaborative environment.
