We’re looking for a talented Project Manager to join our Aviation civil engineering team in Milwaukee, WI to grow our Aviation presence in Wisconsin.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Planning, design, and construction of civil & transportation projects focused on Aviation development
  • Lead design tasks or projects, including supervising junior staff
  • Prepare bidding documents (plans & specifications), including horizontal and vertical layout, site development, grading, drainage, pavement design, marking, signage, erosion control, coordination with other disciplines, utilities, quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, and construction scheduling
  • Support the client manager in providing service to and developing relationships with existing aviation clients
  • Manage and coordinate multi-disciplinary tasks for aviation projects
  • Oversee construction-related activities, including site observation and project engineering
  • Assist in business development activities such as outreach, submittals, and community engagement
Position Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required. A Master’s degree will be considered favorably
  • Minimum 5 years of civil engineering experience with expertise in transportation, site development, and infrastructure projects; aviation experience is a plus but not required
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Licensed Professional Engineer in Illinois and/or Wisconsin required
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D for design and analysis
  • Willingness to accept periodic out-of-town travel
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
