High Tech Middle Media Arts is seeking a Substitute Teacher for the 2026-27 school year. This is a part-time, hourly role with no benefits, located in San Diego County, California.

The Substitute will provide day-to-day teaching coverage under the School Director with a focus on project-based learning and engaging instruction. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree and a California K-12 teaching credential (or a 30-day Substitute Permit or TPSL).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• California K-12 teaching credential required or Substitute Permit / TPSL.
• Experience or ability to teach in a project-based curriculum is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily lesson plans and deliver instruction.
• Grade assignments and monitor student progress.
