Job summary

Winston Retail is seeking a Retail Support Merchandiser in Gulf Shores, AL to stock, merchandise, and support brand standards across stores.

This independent contractor role offers $14–$15 per hour with project-based hours and a flexible schedule. Travel between assigned locations may be required.

You will build relationships with store teams, execute planograms, report results via mobile apps, and uphold quality and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Stock, replenish, and merchandise products to maintain brand standards and in-store presentation.
• Execute merchandising projects, displays, resets, and promotional initiatives with precision and attention to detail.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and associates.
• Ensure planogram compliance and maintain product placement standards.
• Complete store visit reports using mobile reporting tools.
• Communicate opportunities, challenges, and project updates.
• Schedule management for store visits and deliverables.
• Maintain high level of quality and accountability across assignments.
• Support large-scale merchandising initiatives as needed.
