Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field is required.
• Master's Degree preferred; combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

• Provides interim, on-site leadership to hospital supply chain operations.
• Leads and collaborates on procurement, forecasting, inventory management, and distribution processes.
• Chairs or participates in the Supply Expense Committee and NPRs for cost-effective supply additions.
• Guides the supply chain team with coaching, goal setting, and continuous improvement.
• Represents CHS with SBO Procurement, logistics, and facility leadership to drive integrated practices.
• Identifies and mitigates supply chain risks and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Maintains relationships with vendors and senior leadership; provides regular progress reports.
